With a deeply spiritual approach to life, she guides practitioners towards wellness through innovative Yoga and Ayurveda Philosophy. Her mission is to promote holistic wellness through Divine Land of Brahma Yoga, reaching individuals, institutions, and corporates worldwide.  For inquiries, email bhaktijit5eco@gmail.com or call +918897901055.

My childhood upbringing ingrained a yogic and Ayurvedic lifestyle, fostering a spiritual path towards unity in life’s dimensions. Despite being an economist and academician, I harbored a deep desire to learn traditional yoga scientifically. In 2019, I pursued my dream at Kaivalyadhama, Lonavala, completing my yoga Teacher Training. The institute provided the perfect blend of yoga and advanced science, fostering synergies across health, education, and research. Swami Kuvalayananda’s words echoed the complete message of yoga for humanity. In 2020, I conceptualized the ‘Land of Brahma Yoga’, a sacred space for transformative practices, particularly during Brahma Muhurta. Integrating yoga, meditation, and Kriya practices, I aim to heal and rejuvenate beyond the body. Under my guidance, practitioners experience transformative joy and health.
